Chemtech Pulsafeeder Dosing Pump Spare Parts
A dosing pump or also
called a chemical pump is a pump that is regulated to pump chemicals into the
flow of water or liquid. Chemical pumps can produce a chemical flow by several
different methods, but generally regulate the withdrawal of a chemical from a
chemical reservoir and then transfer certain volumes of a given chemical into a
pre-dose pipe or tank.
Dosing pumps are
commonly used in several applications from industry, agriculture, medicine and
manufacturing. Dosing pumps are usually powered by a small electric motor or
air propulsion. The dosing pump is controlled by an external control system
capable of changing the flow rate.
Some spare parts or
spare parts in chemtech dosing pumps, including:
1. Foot Valve, is a
one-way valve that is connected to the suction line which is placed on the
inside of the pump so that it can work optimally.
2. Injector, one-way
valve so that when the dosing pump pushes the chemical into the line. The
injector can apply pressure to the water or liquid flow line.
3. Chemical tank, has a
function to place chemicals that have been dosed.
4. Liquid ends, have
variations in size and are made of plastic materials that are resistant to
chemicals such as PE, PVC, PFDF or stainless steel.
5. Control system, the
dosing pump is equipped with a control system, for example a timer that functions
to ensure the pump is in accurate dosage and will turn on/off under certain
conditions. Some are also equipped with sensors to determine chlorine, pH and a
variable rate control menu to increase and decrease the condition of the dose.
Mitra Water sells various
kinds of spare parts for the chemtech pulsafeeder dosing pump, including: pump
head, diaphragm, check valve, O ring, seat, fitting, bleed valve, injection
valve, foot valve and others.
