Specification of Scale & Deposit Inhibitor For Boiler Rojen B 2032
Scale & Deposit Inhibitor For Boiler Rojen B 2032
1.0- Introduction
ROJEN B-2032 deposit inhibitor boiler chemicals is a highly effective, easy
to feed and control, liquid treatment for boiler water treatment. A polymer-based
program, ROJEN B-2032 deposit inhibitor advances this technology by combining
new, innovative polymers with proven deposit inhibitors. Synthetic polymers
prevent suspended solids of any kind from adhering to internal boiler surfaces
and will gradually remove existing deposits. The chelant program that inhibits
the formation of hardness-based scale fragment in the boiler water. This
polymeric action is enhanced by sequestering agents, which also complex
deposit- foaming cations in the feedwater and provide on stream cleaning. The
modified natural organics in ROJEN B-2032 deposit inhibitor are adsorbed by
suspended solids, oil, and silica compounds in the boiler water . Through this
action, the agglomeration of these contaminants is minimized and they are
easily removed by
blowdown. The liquid combination in the ROJEN B-2032 deposit
inhibitor, make a unique and effective treatment program.

5.0- Primary Application
ROJEN B-2032 deposit inhibitor may be fed directly from the
drum or mixed with other treatment chemicals. The preferred points of feed are
to the steam drum through the chemical feedline, or to the preboiler systems,
especially if preboiler deposits have been a problem.
