Specification of Vontron XLP11 - 4040 Ultra Low Pressure RO Membrane
Vontron XLP11 - 4040 Ultra Low Pressure RO Membrane
The XLP series of ultra low pressure aromatic polyamide
compound membrane elements newly developed by Vontron Technology Co., can work
under ultra low pressure to achieve permeate flow and salt rejection as high as
ordinary low pressure membrane elements, and is applicable to desalination of
surface water and underground water . It operates under about half the
operating pressure of ordinary low pressure composite membrane, and achieves a
salt rejection rate of up to 99.0%, which can lower the investment cost for the
RO system, it improves the economic efficiency.
Suitable for desalination treatment of low-salinity water
sources that do not require high salt rejection such as surface water, underground
water, tap water and municipal water, etc. Having a salt concentration lower
than 1000 ppm, the XLP series membrane elements are highly applicable to
second-line desalination with a two-way RO system, and are mainly applied to
various applications of various scales, such as purified water production,
boiler water filling, foodstuff processing and production pharmacy, etc.
