Specification of softener valve
Manual Softener Valve is used for softener filters, where the regeneration of softener resin does not need to use a circulation pump.
Manual Softener Valve or Softener Tube Head 3 Way Valve serves as a circulation of water for FRP Softener Filters. This Valves Softener valve has 4 holes as follows:
1. Input hole (size 1 "): Connect this hole with size 1" PVC pipe to circulate water into the filter.
2. Output hole (size 1 "): Connect this hole with size 1 PVC pipe" for circulating water output filtering results.
3. Regeneration hole (size 3/8 "): Connect this hole with the 3/8 size regeneration hose" towards the brine tank.
4. Drain hole (size 1/2 "): Connect this hole with a hose size 1/2" and serves to discharge dirty water when backwash or regenerate.
Aside from these four holes, the Softener Valve Manual also has 5 handle positions for processing instructions. This handle can be shifted according to the process to be carried out by the filter as follows:
1. Service: Move / rotate the handle position towards this to do normal water filtering
2. Backwash: Move / rotate the handle position in this direction to do Backwash or washing the media
3. Fast Rinse: Move / rotate the handle position towards this to wash the dirt / crust attached inside the pipeline quickly
4. Slow Rinse: Move / rotate the handle position towards this to wash the dirt / crust attached to the pipeline slowly (long time)
5. Regeneration: Move / rotate the handle position towards this to regenerate (reactivate) filter media that is saturated. If the handle is directed to this position, the regeneration process will take place automatically and the regenerant media in the brine tank will flow towards the main filter. Then the media regenerant mixes with the filter media to reactivate the saturated media, and the water from the regeneration process will be removed by the filter through the drain hole (the same hole as when backwash is done).
