Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser presents a unique split pattern from the shape of the gap, which can decompose and is very efficient at transferring high oxygen. Very high effective and integrated control valves allow the aeration zone to be easily closed when the application of water is flowing or not. Membrane diffuser disks can be operated on a variety of airflow with minimum maintenance with long-term use.

Some Different Diffuser Membrane Materials include:
1. EPDM
EPDM can withstand heat, light, oxygen and especially ozone. EPDM is basically non-polarity and chemical resistant, durable, has good insulating properties.
2. Silicon
Insoluble in water and in some solvents, non-toxic and tasteless, their chemical properties are stable, except in concentrated alkali and hydrofluoric acid which do not react with any material.
3. PTEE
* High and low temperature resistant, working temperature can reach 250ºC, has good mechanical hardness, even if the temperature drops to -196ºC can also maintain an extension of 5%.
* Corrosion rate - resistant to most chemicals and solvents, showing inertia, strong acid and water resistance, and a variety of organic solvents.
* High Lubric Lubrication - the lowest coefficient of friction in solid material.
* Non-adhesion - has the smallest surface tension in a solid material and is not attached to any substance.
