BELCLEANE MEMBRANE CLEANER 228

1.0- Introduction

Belcleane 228 is used to dissolve and remove silica and magnesium silicate deposits in metal equipment and RO membranes. The sediment is formed from the feed water.

Belcleane 228 is a mixture of inhibited organic acids and a wetting agent. The wetting agent is specially selected to improve the removal of deposits by their surface active properties. The color and foaming indicators are a simple way to determine whether the strength of the Belcleane 228 solution is sufficient to determine its effectiveness.

 5.0- Dosage

The recommended dosage requirement is 10 - 20% by weight of air volume, depending on the thickness of the deposit. For RO membranes, the dosage is 8-12% by weight of air volume.

6.0- Handling

Belcleane 228 is a salt base, don't get into eyes. Don't swallow it. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
