Chemical Pump

Chemical Pump or Chemical Pump Chemical pumps are needed when the liquid to be moved cannot use ordinary pumps. Chemical pumps are used to transfer chemicals and are designed to be resistant to corrosive and abrasive industrial fluids. Some industrial fluids commonly used with chemical pumps include: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, fuel, paint, bleach, solvents, etc. Chemical pumps are far more durable than conventional pumps, chemical pumps can be either centrifugal pumps or positive displacement pumps depending on specific applications. The most common chemical centrifugal pump is the ANSI process pump, which is a single-level end suction pump. Positive displacement chemical pumps such as screw pumps, AODD pumps, dual diaphragm pumps, or booster pumps. This pump is used to move liquid chemicals at high pressure. When buying one of these devices, it is important to ensure the right pump that matches the type of chemical planned to be transferred.
