Mitra Water
Ultrafiltration is a semipermeable membrane used to filter particles such as: Colloids, Turbidity, Suspended Solids, bacteria and all kinds of molecules between 0.1-0.01 micron size. Ultrafiltration or UF is a screening method that is widely used today. Where this membrane separates small particles and some solutes from water.
Ultrafiltration is used to replace conventional screening processes such as Clarifier. Where the advantage of using ultrafiltration is that the system used does not require a large enough space like precipitation by using clarifier in general. Another advantage to consider is the elimination of chemicals when using clarifiers, such as coagulants, floaculants, bacteria killers and PH control. The capacity of ultrafiltration currently in the market is Ultrafiltration which has a capacity of 500 liters to 6000 liters for 1 rod.
The main function of the UF membrane is to filter out Total Suspended Solid (TSS). Ultrafiltration membrane's ability to filter TSS can reach 99% if properly applied to each design.
Ultrafiltration in addition to replacing the function of the clarifier, ultrafiltration membranes are also widely used before the reverse osmosis system.
Mitra Water sells quality Ultrafiltration Machines at low prices.
